Garment Care
Personalised Wash and Dry or Wash, Dry and Fold, plus pressing and steaming. Each order is recorded and kept separate. We agree the care needs and ready time before accepting the work.
Before arranging a cleaning team
Send your community or address, property type, bedroom and bathroom counts, condition and preferred date. For an Airbnb turnover, include the guest window. We check the job scope and travel together, then provide the full quote before you decide.
Before arranging pickup or return
Let us know whether you need laundry, pressing or steaming, your estimated weight or piece count, and the deadline. A trip is arranged only after the route, fee and service timing are confirmed. Do not assume a website time request guarantees a Portmore collection slot.
How your booking is confirmed
We review your requirements and availability, then confirm the scope, full price and payment instructions. A quote form or Setmore time request alone does not secure a booking. Follow the written confirmation and payment requirements for your service.
